Pelham President FELDER was born April 22, 1869, in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. He married Lucreta Ann CAKSON (CASON), born March 7, 1872 in LaFayette County, Florida. They were married on June 1, 1890 at Bronson, Levy, Florida. They took up a homestead in Alachua county, Florida, between the town of Judson and the Swanee River. They had a son, (A) Belan Scott FELDER on July 19, 1892.

Then they had daughters (B) Mary Idell FELDER on March 23, 1894 and (C) Edna Gertrude FELDER on June 21, 1895. As a result of a hurricane they moved to 146 West 11th Avenue, West Tampa City, Hillsboro, Florida, where they were recorded in the 1900 Census.
